We love kissing eachother, but we never think of the different facts or customs associated with this pleasurable and sensual experience. For example, you can burn anywhere from twenty five to thirty five calories per minute when you are kissing. Of course, a serious kissing session can burn a lot more calories. For example, the longest kiss on record lasted over a day (thirty hrs and fifty nine minutes to be exact). Imagine how many calories these people burned! Another interesting fact related to kissing is that the majority of people tilt their head when they kiss so that they do not bump into each other. One recent study shows that about sixty five percent of people tilt their head to the right when they kiss their partner. The same study pointed out that it is a common misconception that you can easily catch the common cold through kissing. It is a little hard to believe but they claim that it is a lot easier to get it through shaking hands.
